The service

AEC Markup is a browser application for marking up and measuring PDF drawings. You open your own drawings in your own browser; we store the project you build — sheet names, calibration, measurements, marks and layers — so it can be reopened on another Mac. Your drawings are never uploaded to us as files.

Price and billing

AEC Markup costs $29 per month, flat, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is one plan: no seat tiers, no metering of sheets, measurements or exports. Prices are exclusive of any tax we may be required to add. Cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the month already paid for.

Your records

You own the records you create and may export them at any time — the measurement schedule as CSV, the marked-up drawing as a flattened PDF. We process those records to run the service and for nothing else: no analytics, no advertising, no model training.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store or distribute material you have no right to, and do not attempt to reach another account's projects. Drawings may carry security classifications; it is your responsibility to decide whether a cloud-saved markup project is an appropriate place for the drawing you are working on.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis and is not a substitute for your own professional judgement or regulatory obligations. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and export stays available for 30 days after that. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, or that has an unpaid balance after the retry window, and will tell you by email first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
